Is there a place where stones still resonate with ancient truths, a sacred echo of hallowed footsteps?

On the shores of Galilee, the Church of the Primacy of Saint Peter stands as such a testament. In the gentle morning light, I prepared to capture this enduring symbol of faith where, according to John 21:15, Jesus reinstated Peter.

Surrounded by the whispers of olive trees, I could almost hear the ripple of that time-honored conversation, "Do you love me?" The gentle lap of the Sea of Galilee against the rocks, the coo of doves, the soft murmur of pilgrims' prayers, all seemed to answer back through the ages, "Yes, Lord, you know that I love you."

International travel, especially as a photographer, is a pilgrimage in itself. There's a delicate dance between being an observer and becoming part of the story. Here, history and the present interlace, each photo a bridge spanning millennia.

The air was thick with the scent of the sea and the age-old aroma of the land. Each step on this sacred ground, a step into the narrative of the gospels, brought a profound sense of connection to the divine narrative that has shaped generations.

Photographing the Church of the Primacy wasn't merely about exposure or composition; it was about capturing a moment of eternal significance, where heaven once touched earth and changed the course of history.
