As I set out on my journey to photograph the University of Tennessee Volunteers vs UT Martin 2022 Homecoming game, I couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement building inside me. As a fan of UT football, I knew that this was a game that I couldn't miss.

I arrived at Neyland Stadium, the iconic home of the Volunteers, and the atmosphere was electric. The sound of the crowd, the smell of hot dogs and popcorn, and the vibrant orange and white of the UT colors all combined to create an epic atmosphere. I could feel the energy of the fans all around me and the rough grass beneath my feet as I set up my tripod and camera.

As the game got underway, the action on the field was fast and intense. The sound of the crack of the ball, the cheers of the crowd, and the smell of freshly mowed grass filled the air. I snapped shot after shot, capturing the excitement and drama of the game.

And what a game it was - the Volunteers emerged victorious, with a final score of 65-24 against the UT Martin Skyhawks. It was a victory that will be remembered for years to come, and one that I was thrilled to have captured through my lens.

As I photographed the game, I couldn't help but think about the rich history of UT football and Neyland Stadium. The University of Tennessee has a long and storied tradition of college football, and Neyland Stadium is a historic and beloved venue that has been home to some of the most memorable moments in the sport.

As the game drew to a close and the Volunteers celebrated their victory, I packed up my gear and made my way back to my car, already looking forward to my next opportunity to photograph the excitement of college football. The memory of that homecoming game would stay with me forever.
