As I make my way to the I-15 Interchange in Salt Lake City, I can feel the excitement building inside me. I've been looking forward to this moment for weeks - the opportunity to photograph this iconic location from a unique perspective, high above the ground.

I set up my drone and take off, soaring high above the city. The cool mountain air rushes past me as I navigate my way to the interchange, and the sight of the Salt Lake Valley stretched out below me is breathtaking.

As I approach the interchange, I can see the figure eight patterns of the road clearly, the lines and curves almost hypnotic from above. I snap shot after shot, trying to capture the full majesty of the scene.

As I fly back towards the city, I can feel the warmth of the sun on my skin and the cool wind in my hair. The sound of the drone's propellers fills my ears, and the scent of exhaust and hot asphalt is almost overwhelming.

As I land and pack up my gear, I can't help but marvel at the history of Salt Lake City. From its humble beginnings as a Mormon settlement to its current status as a thriving metropolis, this city has come a long way. And I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to photograph it from a unique and unforgettable perspective. The memory of soaring above the city and capturing the beauty of the I-15 Interchange will stay with me forever.
