As the sun began to set over Paris, I made my way to the Tuileries Gardens to photograph the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel at sunset. The air was warm and fragrant with the scent of flowers, and the gardens were alive with the sounds of laughter and conversation.

I set up my tripod and camera, and began to take photos of the Arc de Triomphe. The monument was bathed in the golden light of the setting sun, and it stood out in sharp relief against the blue sky.

As the sun dipped lower in the sky, the colors grew more intense and the sky was painted with vibrant hues of orange, pink, and red. I continued to snap photos, captivated by the changing light and the drama of the scene.

The Arc de Triomphe was absolutely breathtaking, and I was grateful to have the opportunity to capture it in all its glory. As the sun disappeared behind the horizon, I packed up my gear and made my way out of the gardens, my heart full of the beauty and magic of Paris at sunset.

    History -
The Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel is a triumphal arch in Paris, located in the Place du Carrousel. It is an example of Neoclassical architecture in the Corinthian order. It was built between 1806 and 1808 to commemorate Napoleon's military victories in the Wars of the Third and Fourth Coalitions. The Arc de Triomphe de l'Étoile, at the far end of the Champs Élysées, was designed in the same year; it is about twice the size and was not completed until 1836.
